• Engage, qualify and drive through our contracting process leads generated from Trio’s marketing efforts or through our supply chain programs. • Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate lead, pipeline, and opportunity information. • Assist in drafting proposals, pitch decks, case studies, and thought leadership materials. • Assist in research and documenting client sustainability goals, geography, load, stakeholder mapping, etc. • Monitor RFP portals and help prepare bid responses. • Participate in client calls and meetings, taking notes and tracking action items. • Develop a foundational understanding of client needs around decarbonization, energy management, and sustainability advisory. • Work closely with internal delivery teams ensure consistent messaging and alignment of client solutions. • Contribute to knowledge-sharing across the business development team. • Support reporting on pipeline activity, KPIs, and revenue targets. • Assist in tracking success of campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Demonstrated interest in sustainability, energy transition, or climate change solutions. • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) a plus. • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
