📋 Description

• Develop and own the organisation’s AI strategy and maturity roadmap. • Establish AI governance covering ethics, data privacy, GxP compliance, and risk management. • Lead evaluation and selection of AI tools, platforms, and partners. • Drive AI adoption through change management and literacy programmes. • Identify AI opportunities across internal operations and productivity. • Act as primary advisor to leadership on AI implications, opportunities, and risks. • Define standards for model quality, validation, monitoring, and explainability. • Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritise AI use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable hands-on experience applying AI and ML technologies in production settings. • Strong understanding of modern AI techniques (LLMs, generative AI, automation, classical ML). • Experience designing or leading digital transformation or AI adoption initiatives. • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
