📋 Description

• Own the post-sale experience for a portfolio of public sector customers across EMEA • Onboard and activate accounts across all TRM products, including Ardence • Build AI-powered customer success workflows using ChurnZero, Salesforce, Gong, and product usage telemetry • Define and track adoption benchmarks, consumption rates, and account-specific success metrics • Identify at-risk accounts before renewal decisions • Develop new use cases with investigators and analysts and feed learnings into onboarding and enablement • Run executive business reviews and QBRs with senior stakeholders at public sector agencies and regulators • Partner with Account Directors to enable renewals and expansion • Take accountability for GRR and NRR outcomes driven by adoption • Synthesize customer feedback into prioritized input for the Product roadmap • Share playbooks, workflows, and account plans with EMEA colleagues across languages and time zones • Own customer success end-to-end, including resolving mission-critical issues and urgent needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, deployment, or post-sale roles • Proven accountability for GRR, NRR, and adoption outcomes • Domain credibility in law enforcement, public sector, cyber, national security, financial crime, or blockchain intelligence • Experience working in fast-changing product environments and shipping working v1 solutions • Production AI fluency, including building repeatable AI workflows that synthesize data from multiple sources into measurable outputs • Ability to explain workflow data logic and where human judgment remains involved • High level of independence and ability to operate without constant direction • Strong executive presence with senior government or public sector stakeholders • Based in the UK or Europe and comfortable working with customers across EMEA • Additional European languages are a plus • Flexibility to handle urgent customer needs outside standard hours or on weekends when required
