📋 Description

• Lead consulting projects and programmes to address client safety risk management challenges and organisational improvement priorities. • Define project scope, delivery plans, milestones and resource requirements to ensure effective and profitable delivery of consulting engagements. • Translate client problems into structured consulting interventions using recognised safety risk management methodologies and Baines Simmons frameworks. • Provide expert advice on the design, implementation and improvement of safety management systems and safety risk management processes. • Deliver training, workshops and facilitated sessions to develop client capability in safety management and safety performance measurement. • Mentor consultants and provide technical guidance to support professional development and competence progression. • Support the development and maintenance of consulting products, services and intellectual property aligned with SMARRT MAP™. • Contribute to business development activities including proposal development, pre-sales discussions and thought leadership. • Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor to support long-term account growth.
