📋 Description

• Your mission will be to design and develop scalable Generative AI solutions that are reliable, safe, and aligned with real-world clinical environments. • You’ll work in the AI team, working hand in hand with our co-founder and CTO, Product Managers, and our AI Engineers. • You’ll bring deep technical expertise and help us drive forward our GenAI architecture, from prompting strategies and fine-tuning to infrastructure, evaluation, and deployment. • You’ll be coding, experimenting, deploying, and iterating—while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and compliance to ensure that what we build is not only powerful but also safe and clinically meaningful. • You’ll also play a key role in shaping how our Generative AI capabilities evolve and ensuring that we continue delivering AI that is trustworthy, traceable, and practical in clinical settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience shipping Generative AI-based software products into production environments. • Advanced experience in prompt engineering. • Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs (Large Language Models) using open-source tools and libraries. • Deep understanding of AI infrastructure components: model serving, vector databases, GPU scheduling, async pipelines. • Familiarity with modern orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph). • Experience working with containerized environments, CI/CD, and performance optimization at scale. • Strong Python engineering skills and familiarity with backend systems integration. • Fluent in both Spanish and English. • Bonus: Prior experience in healthcare AI or regulated environments. • Familiarity with tools for evaluating model safety, clinical reliability, and hallucination mitigation.
