📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, including labor, materials, equipment, and services. • Perform comprehensive cost analysis and forecasting to ensure projects stay within budget. • Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Prepare and present detailed cost reports and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders. • Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and contract management to ensure cost control and planning advice. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in project design and execution. • Engage and manage third-party quantity surveyors and validate construction cost estimates. • Update and maintain a repository for historical cost data to inform future projects. • Define and track cost performance metrics, leading monthly cost reporting and analysis. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cost engineering, with a focus on data center construction. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field. • Advanced degree preferred. • Strong analytical skills. • Proficiency in cost estimation software. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Solid understanding of financial forecasting and cost accounting principles. • Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing role. • Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be a team player.
