📋 Description

• Own campaigns and launches end-to-end, including briefs, assets, copy, execution, and reporting • Run owned, sponsored, and community events from invitations through follow-up • Manage event logistics, outreach, on-the-day readiness, and attendee-to-pipeline follow-up sequences • Use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research, drafts, campaign builds, and reporting • Turn priorities into scoped plans with timelines, owners, and success metrics • Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, and Product to keep go-to-market initiatives moving • Track and report initiative metrics including influenced pipeline, cost, conversion, and attendance • Use results to determine subsequent marketing actions • Help move Tyk marketing into the AI era and shape the direction of the marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience as a marketing manager, growth marketer or similar • B2B SaaS experience is a plus, not a requirement • Agency background is welcome, especially experience building things from scratch for multiple clients • Experience building something from scratch, such as a campaign, launch, side project, or small business • Ability to own initiatives end-to-end, from planning through execution • Commercially minded, with focus on pipeline and revenue • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently • Existing practical use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT • Interest in shaping an AI-first marketing team • Comfortable with or quick to pick up Monday.com and HubSpot • Ability to work effectively in a small, senior team • Commitment to Tyk’s values and equal-opportunities principles
