• Oversee enterprise computing services, including server infrastructure, storage (On premise), and Cloud operations. • Main IT point of contact to manage IT/OT network conversations with UIS (International Network team) and/or plan the local implementations in North America. • Control and management of PBX and VOIP solutions • Coordinate and maintain the local and regional networks with proper coordination between internal and external resources. • Consolidate and build Network and IT architecture (including diagrams, IT landscapes and vendor coordination) • Manage telecommunications services across voice, data, mobile, and videoconferencing platforms. • Monitor and address infrastructure risks, capacity issues, and performance gaps; lead modernization and remediation projects as needed. • Ensure implementation and ongoing management of IT security controls aligned with corporate policies and industry best practices. • Collaborate with global security teams to align local infrastructure with security and compliance standards. • Lead business change requests and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise processes and standards. • Provide technical leadership and solutions to support requested changes and evolving business needs. • Act as Project Manager for infrastructure transformation initiatives, delivering on time, scope, and budget. • Work with the IT Operations leader and the IT Director in preparing the IT strategy, managing the IT budget, and controlling infrastructure-related expenditures. • Align IT infrastructure and architecture standards across UBE’s U.S. operations with corporate and global policies. • Collaborate with global IT teams (UIS/UBE) to ensure consistency and integration of local systems with the enterprise IT architecture. • Lead IT procurement processes and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality delivery of infrastructure services.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred). • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, OT and manufacturing or Industrial networks (5G or WIFI7) • Experience implementing VoIP or PBX solutions. • Hands-on experience with server and network infrastructure, ITIL-based service management, and project delivery. • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, infrastructure lifecycle management, vendor management, IT procurement, contract lifecycle, and vendor governance. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders. • Experience integrating infrastructure support during site expansions or new plant activations. • Understanding of manufacturing plant operational requirements and industrial IT compliance (e.g., cybersecurity, data protection). • Prior experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
