📋 Description

• Design and deliver onboarding and continuous coaching for the business development team on the business development process and approved AI tools. • Develop role-specific playbooks and readiness programmes for customer engagements. • Roll out approved AI workflows to priority audiences across the company. • Create task-based learning with hands-on practice, feedback, and knowledge checks. • Train colleagues to validate AI outputs, handle information appropriately, recognise approval boundaries, and escalate issues. • Provide direct user support and diagnose whether issues stem from user error, data, access, or the product. • Drive sustained adoption through manager reinforcement, internal champions, and workflow integration. • Monitor usage and quality to guide training, support, and product decisions. • Run a structured feedback process and translate feedback into workflow, training, or product improvements. • Maintain current learning materials and retire outdated guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or revenue enablement, including designing and delivering onboarding, coaching, playbooks, or readiness programmes linked to individual and team performance. • Working understanding of B2B business development cycles, buyer roles, qualification, and customer preparation. • Hands-on experience using AI tools, including demonstrating approved workflows, explaining sources and limitations, and correcting inaccurate outputs. • Strong facilitation and coaching skills; ability to design learning around real job tasks and communicate clearly to sceptical or time-constrained audiences. • Track record of driving behaviour change and adoption, diagnosing low uptake, and improving it. • Analytical rigour in measuring proficiency, quality, and sustained use. • Collaborative, low-ego approach to cross-functional work and constructive resistance handling. • Experience with defence or military users or a military background (nice to have). • Business development or revenue enablement experience in B2B technology, defence, or complex customer environments (nice to have). • Experience in employee enablement, organisational learning, or change management (nice to have). • Experience launching AI tools or programmes and measuring correct, sustained usage (nice to have). • Familiarity with usage reporting and lightweight workflow configuration or automation (nice to have).
