📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for ingestion, pipelines, storage and ClickHouse queries, as well as the dashboards developers rely on. • Write and maintain high-quality Go services capable of handling large-scale inputs controlled by malicious actors, with particular attention to reliability, performance, and clarity of data contracts. • Raise the standards for code review and AI-assisted output review — define the norms the team uses when delivering work in collaboration with coding agents. • Collaborate with various teams (Data, IAP, Unity Profiler, DevX, Analytics) to design robust, production-ready integrations that meet real customer needs. • Mentor the team's developers, broadly share best practices, and break down ambiguous problems into concrete paths that maximize value.

🎯 Requirements

• Production experience with Go in high-throughput services, and comfort across a broad range of backend responsibilities (ingestion, pipelines, storage and OLAP/columnar queries, dashboards when needed). • Demonstrated senior-level judgment: have led cross-cutting designs, raised engineering standards, and mentored peers and individual contributors. • Real hands-on experience with agentic AI workflows: have used coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode, Gemini CLI or equivalent) on concrete work, formed an informed opinion on their trade-offs, and designed harnesses, prompts or sub-agents robust to variance. • Review model outputs with the same rigor as PR reviews and be able to defend every line of code in your own words. • Experience designing and querying NoSQL or OLAP/columnar data stores (ClickHouse is a plus), and a practical end-to-end understanding of data pipelines. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and time zones.
