📋 Description

• Carry out manual and exploratory testing across features and releases within an agile team • Own the QA process for assigned features from requirements through sign-off • Write, manage, and maintain test cases and scripts for full scope and coverage • Manage defects through logging, tracking, escalation, and fix verification • Review requirements with engineers and product managers, surface risks, and produce test plans • Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other sprint ceremonies • Collaborate with the broader QA team and other departments to ship a high-quality product • Contribute to process improvements and raise the team’s quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Good understanding of testing methodologies, test plan organisation, and technical requirements • Experience writing and executing manual test cases within project scope • Strong experience with QA testing on web or mobile applications • Experience with defect management and bug-tracking tools such as JIRA • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage workloads, and escalate issues when required • Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating with technical and non-technical colleagues • Experience with the Unity Engine or other interactive 3D tools may be beneficial • Experience in a QA role within the games or interactive media industry may be beneficial • Experience with backend or API testing may be beneficial • Experience building or contributing to automated test procedures may be beneficial • Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges is required
