📋 Description
• Identify, develop, and advance strategic supplier relationships • Build and maintain opportunity pipeline for new business • Lead supplier interactions to secure new business • Create strategies to engage suppliers and move opportunities forward • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies • Map decision-makers and build partnership engagement plan • Negotiate NDAs, contracts, and product riders
🎯 Requirements
• Four-year college degree • Beauty & Personal Care or Household sales experience • Chemical and Ingredient distribution knowledge • Experience in Sales Force or other tracking software • Fluent in English • Up to 50% travel
