📋 Description
• Own the outbound prospecting process from list building through meeting booked and qualified handoff • Generate qualified meetings through cold outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone • Research and build targeted prospect lists aligned to the company's ideal customer profile in HealthTech • Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to assess fit, uncover pain points, and communicate service offerings clearly to prospects • Maintain accurate CRM records • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B environments • Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting • Strong discovery and qualification skills • Experience prospecting into U.S.-based companies • Exceptional C1 or above English communication skills
