• Position: Business Development Manager • Location: Remote • Type: Full-Time • About Us: Uptalent.io connects businesses with top-tier remote talent across various industries. • Role Overview: As Uptalent.io’s Business Development Manager, you will lead business development efforts and secure new opportunities. • Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching markets, analyzing trends. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating and nurturing leads to closing deals. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers. • Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends. • Work with leadership and operations teams to align growth initiatives with company goals. • Execute cold outreach, personalized emails, and networking campaigns. • Develop and implement content marketing, lead nurturing, and referral programs. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, client acquisition, and market penetration.
