📋 Description

• Superar los objetivos de venta, impulsando y posicionando las soluciones Urbvan para nuevos clientes y aumentando la base instalada de nuestros clientes actuales. • Cierres de clientes, negociar contratos con clientes, hacer cotizaciones, • Ser dueño y administrar el proceso de ventas de extremo a extremo para cumplir con las métricas de rendimiento (individuales y de equipo). • Trabajar con el equipo interno para que los nuevos clientes se implementen sin problemas. • Cumplir con el forecast/target mensual y trimestral de ventas. • Ayudar a identificar y construir mejores prácticas para los equipos de ventas.

🎯 Requirements

• Más de 5 años en el área comercial. • Perfil Hunter / Consultivo B2B. • Orientado a resultados con atención en los procesos. • Creativo para encontrar soluciones y ganas de innovar día a día. • Data Driven, uso de CRMs (Salesforce). • Independiente, dinámico y proactivo. • Background en Mobility/logistics (un plus).
