📋 Description

• Answer inbound patient calls in a high-volume call center environment and assist with billing questions • Escalate unresolved issues to the Accounts Receivable (AR) team • Process payments and set up payment plans • Communicate effectively to resolve billing concerns • Build rapport by being courteous and friendly • Maintain professional and respectful relationships representing the Business Office, clinic, and physician positively • Refer complex or difficult calls and situations to the team lead or manager • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the United States • Must be able to work 9:00 AM–5:30 PM CST or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM CST • High School diploma or equivalent experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills • Strong active listening and attention to detail • Ability to multitask effectively • Proven ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner • Self-motivated, able to stay on task and participate in routine check-ins • Quiet, distraction-free workspace meeting HIPAA-compliant standards • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications • High-volume call center experience and/or medical billing experience (nice to have) • Healthcare industry experience (nice to have)
