📋 Description

• Oversee shared services within the program and evaluate existing processes • Develop and execute improvement plans for assigned areas • Lead a team to create visibility into key processes • Support implementation of improvement initiatives • Measure and monitor processes, risks, and controls • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams • Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and outcomes • Propose and implement solutions aligned with business goals • Lead the Operations Excellence team vision and drive performance responsibilities through supervisors • Monitor and report program statistics and metrics • Recommend process improvements to management based on data • Coordinate development of program operational SOPs and documentation • Classify risks and opportunities associated with redesign and improvement decisions • Review process issues with franchise leadership and process owners; identify risks, risk appetite, and controls • Ensure compliance with program policies, brand, and verbal standards • Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Chair the Field Advisory Board and brief the Strategy and Steering Committee • Determine call center operational strategies through needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses • Evaluate emerging technologies and define user requirements and productivity, quality, and customer-service standards • Escalate issues threatening delivery to contracted standards • Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, coach, counsel, and discipline employees • Administer scheduling systems and manage job expectations, performance reviews, compensation actions, policies, and procedures • Ensure timely completion of training deadlines and consistent adherence to SOPs • Track emerging trends in areas of oversight and complete assigned tasks or projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) • 3-4 years of Program Management experience is preferred • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business assistance software platforms • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Effective time management • Budget management skills • Ability to resolve conflicting situations, with deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills • Analytical mindset • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders • Flexibility • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to adapt to and learn computer systems • PMP valued but not required • Ability to travel to the Jeffersonville, IN or Morrisville, NC headquarters as needed for client meetings • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
