📋 Description

• Manage a book of up to 500 multifamily accounts across multiple markets • Develop retention strategies and ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals • Serve as the lead point of contact for client interactions • Build trusted relationships and deepen engagement across the account portfolio • Identify and communicate upsell opportunities and new business potential to sales partners • Respond to service issues and resolve escalations • Proactively manage concerns with clients and operational partners • Use Salesforce to manage workflows, identify at-risk accounts, and prioritize outreach • Partner with field operations and sales teams to drive solutions and facilitate service recoveries • Document client interactions, issue resolutions, and contract updates • Track account health and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years in a B2B sales or account management role • Experience ideally managing a high-volume client portfolio • Exceptional client experience and relationship-building orientation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to influence and problem-solve effectively • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams • Salesforce experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Multifamily or service industry experience is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
