• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates. • Source qualified IT professionals using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking. • Evaluate candidates’ technical skills and experience to ensure accurate job matching. • Coordinate interviews with clients and track feedback. • Handle W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models effectively. • Negotiate salary/rates with candidates and submit profiles to clients/vendors. • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors. • Track recruitment activity and update the ATS consistently. • Collaborate closely with the account manager to understand client needs and deliver quality candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field. • 1–5 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment. • Strong understanding of US hiring terms: W2, C2C, 1099, OPT/CPT, H1B, GC, USC. • Experience working in US time zones. • Ability to screen candidates for technical roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong multitasking ability with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
