📋 Description

• Work closely with all of Employee Success to understand the nuances of how to answer business questions with data & hypothesis testing. • An analytical type of person who loves digging into numbers and other data to find insights. • Transform analytical findings into compelling, easy-to-digest narratives and visuals (dashboards, presentations) that influence hiring strategy and drive action. • Act as the operational subject-matter expert, driving excellence and high data standards across the Talent Attraction tech stack (ATS, HRIS, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of practical analytics experience in a people or marketing analytics position. • Proficient in at least one programming language used for data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python) and a BI tool (Sigma, Tableau, Domo, Google Data Studio) • Strong communicator who is able to convey complex technical concepts in simple terms. • A strong desire to work within an intense, challenging, and team-first environment that prioritizes agility and continuous improvement. • Authentic passion for HR/ Talent Analytics
