📋 Description

• Communicating with customers (100% outbound calling) to generate qualified consultations. • Help to drive attendance to Venus AI technology showcase events throughout North America. • Cold/warm calling into all US markets to drive meetings and book ASM’s Calendars. • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. • Quickly build rapport with prospective clients and influence the purchase decision. • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. • Identify decision makers, schedule meetings, meet qualified prospects, and execute appropriate sales techniques. • Track all forms of communication with prospects through corporate CRM system. • Work with the outside sales team to progress the sales process and develop new sales opportunities. • Drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share. • Develop and work your pipeline, ensure pipeline progression and on-going activity; conduct cold calling. • Meet sales targets as set through annual/quarterly budgets and as communicated by your Manager. • Conduct customer analysis, understand their business, their opportunities, and gaps. • Develop reference sites, provide sales support at meetings, workshops and conventions as necessary. • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Clinical Training. • Maintaining a high level of understanding of the products and competitive landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or other relevant fields. • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience • 1 – 3 years of Medical Aesthetics sales experience • Medical device and capital equipment sales experience an asset. • Familiarity with CRM systems an asset (specifically Salesforce). • Demonstrated track record of sales growth and success. • Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments and customers. • Able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment under strict deadlines. • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. • Positive attitude, willing to learn and welcomes feedback.
