📋 Description

• Develop and deliver decarbonised energy solutions for large energy users • Win high-quality work and set project delivery teams up for success • Collaborate with Business Development, Technical Direction, Supply Chain, cost estimating and scheduling specialists • Lead project execution plans and provide constructability advice as designs evolve • Contribute to proposals and build cost and time plans • Engage directly with customers to understand needs and evolve solutions • Present final proposals to customers • Handle complex projects involving interlinked techno-economic capital and operating models and third-party funding mechanisms • Work with supply chain partners to develop deliverable solutions • Present work internally through the project governance process • Support smooth handovers between project phases and feed lessons learned into future project development

🎯 Requirements

• Project management skills and experience, including project development in an engineering and construction project context, ideally in the energy sector • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in all forms • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple opportunities with competing and changing priorities in a dynamic business development environment • Flexibility to travel to varying project locations • Experience of business development to maintain customer focus • Degree-level qualification in a relevant engineering, construction or commercial discipline is desirable • Membership of a relevant professional institution is desirable • Experience of decarbonisation solutions/technologies is advantageous
