📋 Description

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on renal lab equipment • Perform commissioning, upgrades, and refurbishments • Provide after-sales technical and commercial support to clients • Gather client feedback to assist future product development • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Recommend improvements to system reliability and productivity • Troubleshoot and fault-find to keep systems running smoothly • Enter renal departments and service healthcare equipment used for life-sustaining dialysis treatments • Join the on-call rota as experience develops • Work field-based across Manchester and surrounding areas

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Engineer in the Healthcare and Scientific market • Knowledge of water treatment or wastewater plants is desirable • NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or similar, or currently working towards one, ideal but not essential • Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients, offering solutions, and handling challenging conversations • Excellent organisational and time-management skills • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively • Punctual and presentable • Customer-focused and committed to best-in-class service • Full UK driving licence essential • Existing right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to work 40 hours per week on a 4-on, 4-off rota • Willingness to join the on-call rota as required
