📋 Description

• Conduct preventative and corrective on-site maintenance • Perform commissioning, upgrades, and refurbishments • Provide after-sales technical and commercial support to clients • Gather client feedback to support future product development • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Recommend improvements to system reliability and productivity • Troubleshoot and fault-find to keep systems operating smoothly • Work flexibly to meet customer needs, including weekends and public holidays when required • Join the on-call rota as experience develops • Cover municipal customers across the UK

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Engineer in the municipal market • Knowledge of sewage and drinking water treatment sites • NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or similar, or working towards it; ideal but not essential • Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients, offering solutions, and handling challenging conversations • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects • Punctual, presentable, professional, and customer-focused • Full UK driving licence is essential • Flexible approach to customer needs and working hours, including some weekends and public holidays • Willingness to join the on-call rota as experience develops
