📋 Description

• Drive sales growth in the North American market through early engagement in large-scale municipal and industrial projects • Develop and execute a Projects Sales Strategy aligned with the North American Sales organization • Build a high-performing project sales team • Collaborate with engineering and consulting firms, system integrators, and OEMs to influence project specifications and drive funnel growth • Lead a high-performing project sales organization to achieve volume growth and capture market share • Engage in-person and virtually with key project stakeholders to influence specifications and deliver sales growth • Provide direction and mentorship to Project Pursuit Managers and specialists • Develop and execute collaborative sales strategies for geographical and vertical markets • Use Veralto Enterprise System tools to drive continuous improvement, implement countermeasures, and develop standard work processes • Collaborate with product development teams to provide market insights informing new product innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across commercial sales, marketing, product management, and/or business development • 6–8 years of people leadership experience, including developing high-performing teams and leading through influence • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Industry experience in water, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or other technical markets preferred • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop strategy, identify trends, solve complex problems, and drive measurable results • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Ability to collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives • Demonstrated commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and process transformation
