📋 Description

• Own performance analysis across the complete Lead-to-Order funnel and identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities • Deliver executive reporting, leadership dashboards, scorecards, and actionable business recommendations to senior stakeholders across EMEA • Lead the preparation, validation, and publication of EMEA Demand Generation reporting while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visibility of performance results • Define and govern KPIs, reporting standards, benchmarking methodologies, and target-setting processes across the region • Manage reporting environments including Tableau, Salesforce reporting, Bowler, and future visibility platforms while driving automation and reporting efficiency improvements • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting integrity, customer data visibility, and decision-making across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, revenue operations, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical function • Advanced experience with reporting and analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Reporting, and Excel • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline management, data management, and Lead-to-Order processes • Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and performance visibility solutions • Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations and performance improvement strategies • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across commercial, operational, IT, and leadership functions • Professional fluency in English • Additional European languages are considered an advantage • Please apply with your English resume before Sunday, September 20th
