• Achieve a multi-million-dollar sales quota by delivering flawless sales planning and execution, providing territory and account planning, and orchestrating internal teams to develop and win business opportunities in financial services customers in the U.S. • Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession to understand the specific business needs of each segment / and prospect and coordinate the extended team to deliver solution proposal with high business value for potential client. • Deliver business growth through execution of a Go to Markets (GTMs) to achieve customer business outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle. • Drive executive engagements with business decision makers and C-Level executives. • Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (sales quota, deal implementation, solution adoption), and win against competition through flawless execution. • Lead and orchestrate relationships across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for Veritran.
• Strong network with community banks and credit unions • Good understanding about backend, mobile technologies and technical integrations • Used to working with IT Teams • A thorough understanding of the financial services market in the US, regulation, technology needs such as core banking, front end, back end, middleware, technology and services • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams • Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude • Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management negotiating and influencing to build consensus • Excellent communicator • Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments • Availability to travel up to 35% of the time if needed.
