• Recruitment and selection: Review applications for open positions, conduct interviews, and provide clear, empathetic feedback to candidates • New hire onboarding: Organize and oversee the entire onboarding process, offering support, mentorship, and guidance to ensure a smooth cultural fit at Versat • Employment formalization: Assist in preparing documentation, records, and integrations for new employees • Organizational culture management: Act as a guardian of Versat’s culture, reinforcing company values, promoting best practices, and strengthening internal climate • Leave administration and employee records: Support HR operational routines with organization, responsibility, and attention to detail • Performance and culture evaluations: Assist with administering evaluations, collecting feedback, and following up on development plans • Events and team engagement: Plan and support internal communication initiatives, celebrations, culture events, and team integration activities
• Undergraduate or completed degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, People Management, or related fields • Strong communication skills and empathy • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented • Collaborative mindset, eager to learn and willing to take hands-on ownership of tasks • Genuine interest in organizational culture, people, and human development
