📋 Description

• Trace every expense to the correct job, department, and category, eliminating unassigned or miscoded spend • Own purchase order accuracy from issue through receipt and reconciliation • Support revenue, COGS, and gross profit accuracy by brand, department, and job alongside the bookkeeping team • Reconcile data across the field service platform, QuickBooks, and CRM • Produce accurate, timely, and defensible commission reports • Support budgets and expense planning across multiple brands and entities • Build and maintain department-level performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and consistent reporting cadence • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages for ownership • Own CRM data hygiene, including tag structures, duplicate detection and merges, pipeline data, and job-status data • Write data standards to keep information clean as the company adds locations and headcount • Flag margin erosion, cost creep, pricing problems, and outlier jobs • Investigate variances and provide answers • Work directly with ownership as the connective tissue between accounting, operations, and sales • Complete a short 2-minute video question as part of the screening process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting, financial analysis, FP&A, or business operations • Experience touching both the general ledger and operational systems feeding it • Genuine job costing experience • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, nested logic, and clean model structure • Working knowledge of QuickBooks, including class and location tracking in a multi-entity environment • Experience with a CRM or field service management platform • Comfort learning new systems quickly • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours • Obsessive attention to detail and sound judgment regarding discrepancies • Ability to raise problems clearly and directly with people who do not report to you • Self-directed approach • Bonus: SQL experience • Bonus: prior work supporting a U.S.-based trades, construction, or home services company • Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe • Professional home setup
