📋 Description

• Technical and disciplinary responsibility for a client project, e.g., taking over an existing GIS project in the public sector or introducing React at a large manufacturing company • Develop and implement a viable architecture, refactoring, or migration strategy in coordination with the client and the team • Technical leadership of the project team, including task prioritization and coaching on modern frontend technologies • Primary point of contact for the client — ensure transparent communication and act as the first contact for technical and organizational questions • Implement functional requirements from analysis through quality assurance and develop proofs of concept to evaluate new technologies • Ensure code quality and technical sustainability through pairing/mob programming, active contribution to agile processes (Scrum), and continuous knowledge sharing, including mentoring

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with React 19 and TypeScript (strict), ideally in large, complex web applications • Confident use of Tailwind CSS in combination with shadcn/ui (Radix UI) • Solid understanding of state management with a clear separation of server-state vs. client-state • Experience with Vite as a build tool • Strong testing experience with Vitest and Testing Library, ideally also Playwright • Confident Git workflow (feature branches, rebase) • OpenLayers and GIS knowledge are a plus but not required • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to share knowledge, moderate technical decisions and guide developer teams • Very good German language skills (at least B2, preferably C1) and good English skills
