📋 Description

• Support customers through the full lifecycle of an SAP S/4 HANA implementation—from discovery to post-go-live support • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to gather technical and business requirements, design scalable solutions across app dev, automation and integration • Operational knowledge of common business processes in finance, logistics, or manufacturing domains, depending on client needs • Lead system setup, integrations, data migrations, user authorizations, and technical configuration to ensure end-to-end functionality and performance • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning throughout the implementation cycle • Deliver technical expertise on cloud architecture, extensibility options, and integration methods (including BTP, APIs, and third-party systems) • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for live cloud customers, ensuring issue resolution and continuous optimization • Stay current on SAP S/4 HANA innovations, SAP roadmap updates, and best practices to deliver strategic and cutting-edge solutions

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, preferably Public Cloud • Strong understanding of SAP cloud architecture, extensibility, and integration technologies • Proven experience with at least one technical domain such as data migration, Fiori app configuration, identity management, API integrations, or BTP extensions • Familiarity with ERP competitors such as Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or Epicor is an asset • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can work directly with clients and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deliverables • Passion for customer success and delivering measurable business value through technology
