📋 Description

• Act as the key contact for clients and content partners on project implementation, clinical content development, quality assurance, and feedback • Maintain relevant project and content documentation • Use MedCurrent’s Authoring Studio to create, update, and modify clinical guidelines for electronic CDS workflows • Map client orders to MedCurrent’s Master Catalogue and support ongoing catalogue maintenance • Map clinical data elements from client systems into CDS workflows • Use MedCurrent’s Analytics module to identify opportunities to improve clinical content and software functionality • Support product demonstrations and help develop client education materials • Support clinical testing of CDS software and help optimise the clinician experience • Collaborate with the Product Owner to shape MedCurrent’s long-term content strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Radiation Sciences, Health Informatics, or a related applied health sciences discipline • Relevant clinical or informatics experience • Essential experience as a physician assistant, nurse, radiological technologist, or internationally trained physician • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond promptly to client needs, embrace new ideas, and demonstrate a willingness to learn • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different locations • Client-focused, with a strong commitment to meeting client needs and enhancing the client experience • Experience within Radiology or a clinical background within Nursing • Experience with clinical terminology and coding, such as ICD-10, SNOMED CT, or CPT, would be an advantage

• Full-time work schedule, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
