📋 Description

• Help identify and understand system requirements; • Collaborate in drafting user stories or technical documentation; • Assess the technical feasibility of requirements; • Develop end-to-end features, covering both front-end and back-end (fullstack); • Promote adoption of the tech ecosystem, including reference architectures, frameworks, AI assistants and agents; • Write clean, high-quality, efficient and documented source code; • Follow best practices for programming, testing, security and corporate standards; • Maintain the code repository and ensure versioning policies; • Responsible for the code review process with a focus on quality, readability, security and performance; • Write, plan and execute manual and automated tests (unit and integration); • Ensure product quality (in collaboration with the QA team); • Participate in performance and security testing (when required); • Responsible for the action plan for automated testing, CI/CD, versioning, documentation and development best practices aligned with the corporate DevSecOps framework; • Ensure delivery and traceability of all test artifacts based on standards defined by QA and Compliance; • Identify technical risks, clearly and accessibly communicate technical limitations or infeasibilities to the business, and propose solutions; • Work on root cause identification and remediation of issues; • Support configuration and preparation of integration test data; • Responsible for configuring the application in environments (development, staging); • Responsible for opening change requests, preparing deployment packages and monitoring application behavior after deployment; • Oversee production deployments alongside other teams; • Demonstrate a sense of urgency, ownership mindset, organization and ease in dealing with dynamic environments/topics; • Act collaboratively, with commitment and proactivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education (degree certificate). • Experience developing REST APIs, SOAP and solutions using Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Architecture. • Knowledge of Design Patterns, DDD, REST APIs, Hexagonal Architecture, TDD and Cloud-Native applications. • Java programming language and main frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, Maven, JUnit, Mockito. • Knowledge of API exposure patterns and concepts via API Gateway. • Relational and non-relational databases. • Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Istio (Service Mesh). • Continuous Integration tools: CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Git and Nexus.
