📋 Description

• Shape and deliver a sub-channel commercial strategy aligned with wider business goals • Translate strategic priorities into high-impact actions supporting channel growth • Own key commercial decisions across the full contract lifecycle • Create and uphold governance practices promoting transparency, consistency, and accountability • Optimise pricing, promotions, and trading levers to strengthen customer value and loyalty • Monitor performance, identify opportunities and risks, and respond appropriately • Support contract governance, renewals, and resolutions • Translate financial data into clear insights for informed decision-making • Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Commercial, and Operations • Influence and guide senior stakeholders • Cultivate an inclusive and supportive culture

🎯 Requirements

• Meaningful experience in commercial leadership, in-life contract management, or complex account environments within enterprise or B2B settings • Understanding of commercial and contractual frameworks across the full customer lifecycle • Ability to guide commercial performance and connect activity to revenue, margin, and value outcomes • Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into clear, practical insight • Collaborative and empowering leadership approach • Sound judgement balancing commercial outcomes with long-term, sustainable value creation • Clear communication across a wide range of stakeholders • Strong organisation and ability to maintain focus, accountability, and alignment • Comfort working in evolving, complex environments • Subject to criminal (DBS) and financial background checks
