📋 Description

• Steuerung und Koordination von BIM-Prozessen innerhalb anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte. • Erstellung, Prüfung und Entwicklung von AIA, BAP und projektspezifischen Informationsanforderungen. • Leitung von regelmäßigen BIM-Jour-Fixe und Koordinationsrunden. • Einrichtung und Betreuung der Kollaborationsplattform (z. B. DALUX). • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Unterstützung der Modellkoordination. • Mitwirkung bei Workshops und Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung projektspezifischer BIM-Standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, TGA oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im BIM-Management. • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in DALUX oder ähnlichen Tools. • Sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Kollaborationsplattformen. • Vertraut mit ISO 19650 sowie der Erstellung und Anwendung von AIA und BAP. • Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung. • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
