📋 Description

• Lead the civil team on site (small team of 4–5 personnel, consisting of subcontractors and in‑house staff) • Coordinate planning and work preparation for each construction phase together with the engineering and project team • Supervise and coordinate on‑site construction work to ensure compliance with public‑law regulations and the designer's drawings • Ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements, schedules and budgets • Quality control and verification of conformance between execution and planning, including documentation • Handle defect notices and non‑conformance reports • Identify and report discrepancies and potential variations/change orders • Attend and record site meetings and acceptance inspections • Maintain the site diary for construction activities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering or architecture, or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in construction and project management (preferably civil/infrastructure) • Experience in technical leadership/supervision of a site team • Experience with substations is an advantage • Assertiveness and resilience when working on complex infrastructure projects • Knowledge/experience in electrical engineering is a plus • Fluent German and English
