• Responsible for corporate M&A processes, pipeline management, and project sale processes • Conduct negotiations in the context of sales mandates • Manage valuation and due diligence processes • Monitor compliance with contractual (warranty) obligations arising from project sales • Act as the interface between interdisciplinary project teams and external transaction advisors • Monitor the market and maintain a network of partners and investors • Prepare decision papers and present results
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience, ideally in renewable energy and transaction management • Proficient with commonly used valuation models for renewable energy projects • Strong analytical and communication skills • Independent, self-driven working style • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Very good German (at least C1) and very good English (at least B2) • Willingness to travel occasionally for business
