📋 Description

• Ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous development of the ERP system • Supporting business departments in using the ERP system • Training employees and creating documentation • Logging and handling incidents and requests (2nd-level support) • Analyzing and optimizing business processes in collaboration with the business units • Assisting with the implementation of new modules and applications

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or completed vocational training in computer science or a comparable qualification • Experience supporting ERP systems — preferably Mosaik • Understanding of business processes in claims handling/processing • Analytical and structured working style • Strong communication skills and service orientation • Independent, organized, and solution-oriented work approach • Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
