The platform standardizes and automates non-differentiating billing processes, integrates billing and sales functions, supports regulatory updates, and uses AI to improve efficiency and reduce cost via a pay-per-use model. Developed collaboratively with municipal utilities and IT partners, TAP aims to drive digital transformation and operational scalability across the German energy sector.

📋 Description

• Central responsibility for requirements and change requests for the TAP platform in accordance with ITIL 4 • Active engagement, consulting and coordination of platform users • Ensuring end-to-end documentation and transparency • Coordination of impact, risk and and feasibility analyses • Ownership of the requirements and change portfolio • Management, facilitation and documentation of the Change Advisory Board (CAB)

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in requirements and change management for complex IT or SaaS platforms • Strong understanding of ITIL 4 as well as requirements and change processes • Experience working with diverse stakeholders • Strong analytical and process-oriented skills • High communication, facilitation and decision-making competencies • Clear business focus; ideally experience in the energy sector • Excellent written and spoken German; English is a plus
