📋 Description

• Lead the site civil team (small team of 4–5 people, consisting of subcontractors and GE employees) • Coordinate planning and prepare work for the respective construction phases together with the engineering and project team • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction execution to ensure it complies with public-law regulations and the design intent of the design author • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, schedules and costs • Quality control and ensure conformity between execution and planning, including documentation • Process defect notifications • Identify and highlight deviations and potential claims for additional work • Attend and record minutes for site meetings and acceptance inspections • Maintain the site diary for construction activities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in construction and project management, preferably in civil/infrastructure construction • Experience in technical leadership of a site team • Substation experience is an advantage • Assertiveness and resilience in the context of a complex infrastructure project • Experience in electrical engineering is a plus • Fluent in German and English
