📋 Description
• Provide technical support and clarify electrical inquiries • Assess customer concerns by phone or email • Perform fault diagnostics on customer reports • Coordinate complex cases internally to ensure efficient fault resolution • Contribute to the implementation of a professional after-sales process
🎯 Requirements
• Trained electronics technician/electrician (m/f/d) specialized in energy and building services • Solid experience in building installation and customer service • Knowledge of meter cabinets (single-family home sector) • Initial experience with heat pumps is a plus • Strong communication skills on the phone • IT affinity and interest in modern tools (CRM, remote monitoring)
