📋 Description

• Run client campaigns end to end with creator rosters across one or more markets • Write hooks and scripts for creators each week • Test hooks, formats, pacing, text styles and CTAs at volume • Analyze performance daily, discontinue underperforming content and scale successful content • Coach creators using specific feedback and examples from top performers • Decide which creators stay on the roster, need support or should be removed • Source and onboard new creators when fresh talent is needed • Develop distribution playbooks for consumer apps and brands • Apply playbooks to Vyral Labs' own app studio

🎯 Requirements

• Chronically online; knowledge of TikTok and Reels culture • High agency and ownership of outcomes • Systems thinker who turns creative chaos into repeatable processes • Writes native hooks, scripts and feedback rather than marketing speak • Comfortable posting own content and reading numbers in real time • Organised enough to run many creators, tests and clients at once • Business-minded and focused on client outcomes • No industry experience needed • Bonus if experienced in UGC, creator management, social or growth marketing • Bonus if able to speak more than one language
