• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management (EV or tech industry preferred) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-starter mentality with a passion for growth and innovation • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools • Curiosity, grit, and a bias for action in fast-paced environments.
