📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers to develop industry-specific machining solutions. • Demonstrate capabilities through engineering excellence and customer service. • Develop sales and profitability within a designated geographical area. • Prospecting, making sales calls, product training, customer support/analysis, and process/product recommendations. • Document cost reductions and CRM administration. • Implement innovative machining techniques and cutting strategies. • Drive and support customers' continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• With a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cutting tool applications. • Strong experience in indexable milling and a metal cutting background. • Ideally, you’ll have worked with 5-axis machine centres and be familiar with machining aerospace materials. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • A confident and articulate communicator, both verbally and in writing. • Ability to present clearly to internal and external audiences. • An active listener who builds strong relationships. • Thrives in collaborative environments and contributes effectively as part of a team. • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong time management skills. • A proactive approach to personal development. • An analytical mindset able to plan effectively and execute tasks with precision. • Persuasiveness combined with strong interpersonal abilities, inventiveness, creativity, and teamwork are essential. • HNC or HND in production/mechanical engineering. • Full and clean driving license.
