• - Comfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels, and documenting solutions • - Actively communicate project status and progress through detailed updates in Jira tickets, ensuring visibility for engineers, clients, and the PMO. • - Log time in Jira tickets as tasks are being worked on and update Harvest daily to facilitate PMO review. • - Assist in architecting and managing all types of growing applications/infrastructure • - Respond in a timely manner to issues that are surfaced from the MS team or client during the shift. • - Building CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitLab, GitHub, /Codefresh) • - Monitoring tools (Datadog, Google ELK, Grafana, Cloudwatch) • - Hands-on with Containerization (Docker) and Orchestration (K8s, Rancher) (minimum 1 year) • - Minimum of 3 years experience using Kubernetes/Helm/Terraform. Most have a minimum of 1 year using Kubernetes, and 1 year using Terraform • - Experience using Atlassian JIRA to track Project Tickets, or a similar ticketing system • - Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP (minimum 2 year), Azure maybe acceptable in some scenarios • - Able to handle yourself in stressful environments when dealing with business-impacting issues • - Deal well with ambiguous or undefined problems; ability to think abstractly and guide others • - Must have a GCP Professional Cloud Architect Certification, or be able to obtain one within your first 90 days of employment, on your own time • - Energetic team player who works well across boundaries and readily adapts to change and enjoys rapid development; • - Confident in your skills, abilities and willing to share your knowledge, while learning from others
