• You are responsible for the growth of our buying group in Germany and Austria — focused on a reliable pipeline, qualified sales opportunities and increasing close rates. • You lead our field sales organization and all sales-related inside sales departments at our Leipzig site. • You manage and strengthen our indirect sales channel together with regional sales managers and sales agents — operationally close to the field and with a clear performance focus. • Together with your specialist teams you ensure that market potential is systematically converted into qualified sales opportunities. • You are responsible for measurably improving central sales KPIs across the entire sales performance spectrum — from lead quality through conversion and forecasting to productivity and closing strength. • You ensure high-quality and efficient processing of all incoming orders and continuously develop collaboration between field sales and inside sales. • You take the lead of our Leipzig site and act as the central contact for all sales-related matters. • You work closely with leaders in adjacent areas such as Customer Management and Marketing to establish effective interfaces across the entire sales process.
• You have several years of sales and management experience in a B2B environment. • You bring operational experience in indirect sales — especially in collaborating with sales agents and field-based sales structures. • You understand sales not only strategically but also enjoy the operational business and being close to the market. • You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and lead not from an ivory tower but together with your teams and partners on site. • You have experience in measurably improving sales performance and managing teams consistently via KPIs. • You think analytically, act pragmatically and derive clear actions from the numbers. • You are a persuasive leader who provides direction, takes responsibility and leads teams to measurable results. • You tackle issues proactively, make decisions and consistently drive implementation.
