• Lead implementation of strategy for LEE's talent matching platform • Develop and manage a coordinated partner engagement strategy • Collaborate with fellowship program leads to strengthen partner experience • Design and implement training/support for staff and external partners • Drive and track the volume of member profile completion and optimization
• Bachelors degree or commensurate years of work experience • 6+ years of relevant professional work experience in talent management and/or member-facing experiences in partnerships, sales, or business development • Proven track record of building relationships and translating value propositions across diverse audiences • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a geographically dispersed team
