📋 Description

• Own Salesforce day to day and lead its development as Pion grows, including configuration, custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows and approval processes • Design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions, including complex flows and screen flows, custom objects, reports, dashboards and third-party integrations • Solve significant commercial problems through Salesforce and GTM systems • Configure and adapt Salesforce and the wider go-to-market stack to support Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data and Finance • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, from technical scoping through build • Follow development lifecycle best practices and regularly release changes from sandbox to production

🎯 Requirements

• Four or more years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with demonstrable commercial impact • Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent proven experience • Expert knowledge of Flow Builder • Strong knowledge of validation rules, approval processes, assignment rules, custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards • Confidence working with Sales Cloud objects: Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns and Cases • Experience leading complex cross-functional builds end to end, from scoping through build • Experience building and maintaining integrations independently • Strong data discipline, including import, export, deduplication, governance frameworks and reporting for pipeline, conversion and forecasting • Commercially minded, proactive and autonomous approach • Ability to prioritize by business impact and communicate clearly with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Data
