📋 Description

• Own the UKI marketing strategy with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impact. • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic and enterprise accounts and ensure marketing involvement throughout the customer journey. • Work closely with Sales Managers, BDRs and central marketing teams to accelerate target account progression. • Run a weekly sales-marketing operating rhythm with Sales leadership to review target accounts, stalled opportunities, lead follow up and pipeline velocity. • Responsible for partner marketing in the UKI market. • Manage and guide the UKI marketer, ensuring campaigns, events, PR and content are translated into commercial results. • Manage budget, KPIs and performance reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, technology or enterprise solutions. • Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM). • Strong understanding of pipeline management, opportunity creation and funnel optimization. • Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership and stakeholder management. • Strong analytical and commercial mindset. • Experience managing budgets and performance metrics. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Fluent English required and based in the UK. • Preferred: Experience in telematics, fleet management, SaaS or mobility industries. • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms and account-based engagement tools.
