📋 Description

• Deliver technical training and enablement to UK & Ireland resellers, technology partners, and customers on Webfleet products, solutions, integrations, and new product releases • Train and support the UK Channel Sales team on new products, solutions, and partner integrations • Ensure partners have the technical knowledge and resources to position, deploy, and support Webfleet solutions • Provide technical pre-sales support to resellers, prospects, and customers across the UK & Ireland • Understand customer requirements and identify, position, and demonstrate appropriate Webfleet solutions • Support technical discussions, product demonstrations, and solution design throughout the sales process • Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and customers • Provide operational support for complex post-sales technical queries • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site where required, escalating when necessary • Work with UK Customer Support to ensure a high-quality support experience • Facilitate resolution of complex customer cases across teams and functions • Support onboarding, technical integration, and deployment of new technology partners • Provide ongoing technical support during integration and solution development • Represent and champion UK & Ireland channel partners within Webfleet • Support strategic initiatives contributing to growth, operational excellence, and partner success • Participate in confidential Alpha and Beta testing of hardware, software, and mobile applications • Provide technical feedback to product and value stream teams • Coordinate with central product and technical teams on new solution introductions and deployments • Collaborate with UK Channel Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Product, global Sales Engineers, and central teams • Share technical insights, market feedback, and best practices across the Sales Engineering community

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, Sales Engineering, technical support, solutions engineering, or similar role • Strong understanding of relevant technologies, software solutions, integrations, and APIs • Experience providing technical training, enablement, or product demonstrations to partners, customers, or internal teams • Experience supporting technical integrations and/or technology partners is highly desirable • Strong customer-facing and communication skills in English • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work effectively across multiple teams • Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with regional and global teams • Experience working in a multicultural and cross-functional environment • Willingness to travel within the UK & Ireland for customer, partner, training, and on-site support activities when required • CV must be submitted in English
